Bethel Wagner
Bethel Wagner is deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with their best selves—healthy, whole, self-aware, and free.
Her journey began with personal struggle. At one point in her life, Bethel found herself simply trying to get through each day, feeling lost, confused, and unsure of what was wrong. But instead of giving up, she chose to deeply listen to what her body was communicating. Through relentless research, self-advocacy, and deep personal healing, she gained not only knowledge but profound wisdom and lived experience.
Bethel understands both the natural processes of the human body and what happens when it becomes imbalanced or stuck in dysfunction. This understanding shapes her belief that no one is broken—only in need of support, reconnection, and healing.
Bethel is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Biofeedback Specialist, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Bowenwork Practitioner. She is also the founder of Sage Wellness Center in Whitehall, Montana, where she lives with her husband and six children. Her mission is to help others transform their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being—through deep connection, courage, and healing from the inside out.
