Glenn Derby is a former NFL offensive lineman who played for the New Orleans Saints and the Green Bay Packers following a distinguished collegiate career with the University of Wisconsin–Badgers. A recovering addict and alcoholic with over 31 years of sobriety, Glenn began confronting his Complex PTSD in 2022. Through therapy, he discovered that his struggles with anger were rooted in unresolved trauma.
