Few writers have as diverse and impressive a vita as John Lee. Oprah was the one of the
first to host Lee on The Oprah Winfrey Show numerous times helping to catapult his first
two trailblazing books: The Flying Boy: Healing the Wounded Man and The Flying Boy Book
II: The Journey Continues to The New York Times Best Seller List. Hundreds of radio talk
shows, including PBS and NPR soon followed. As a result, Lee’s reputation has continued
to grow, making him known internationally as one of the early pioneers in the Men’s
Movement, Recovery Relationships, Anger Management, and Creativity disciplines.
Additionally, Lee has become one of the most highly sought-after consultants and trainers
in the global, clinical environments including: the Betty Ford Center, the Hanley Center, the
Cleveland Clinic, Guy’s Hospital in London, and South Hospital in Sydney.
