Through engaging discussions, Jeanne offers tips, strategies, and mindset shifts to help listeners:

✔ Strengthen their self-identity and sense of purpose post-divorce
This show is for parents who want to feel better about themselves, create healthy relationships with their children, and find a way to communicate effectively with their ex. Whether you’re newly separated or have been divorced for years, you’ll discover insights that can transform the way you think, feel, and act.

For listeners:

-Give yourself grace – Forgive past mistakes and focus on progress, not perfection.

-Shift your mindset – Recognize where you have control and take small, intentional steps toward positive change.

- Prioritize your well-being – Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential for being the best parent and co-parent you can be.

For the World:

- Let’s redefine co-parenting – It doesn’t have to be a battle; it can be a path to growth, respect, and collaboration.

- Spread kindness and understanding – The way we talk to ourselves and others shapes our relationships. Let’s choose compassion.

- Empower parents, strengthen families – When parents heal and grow, their children thrive.

Together, we’ll explore how you can embrace your new identity, overcome obstacles, and become the best version of yourself—because when you thrive, everyone around you benefits.

- Tune in for new episodes every month and join a community of parents committed to making positive changes and building the life they deserve.

About Jeanne ~

Hi, I’m Jeanne, a Certified Divorce Coach® specializing in supporting parents through the divorce process. I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Social Work, though I no longer practice in those fields. Instead, I leverage this background to better support my clients as they navigate the challenges of divorce and co-parenting.

I grew up in Florida and graduated with a BA in Psychology from Emory University before moving to NYC to pursue advanced degrees in forensic psychology and social work. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in diverse environments—ranging from supporting mentally ill inmates on Rikers Island to managing strategy in the IT department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. I’ve also helped nonprofits refine their strategic focus through my Jeanne Ward Consulting business and now focus exclusively on supporting co-parents through my Jeanne Ward Coaching practice.

As someone who has personally navigated divorce while raising a teenage son, I understand the emotional and logistical hurdles firsthand. Though I continue to face the challenges of single parenting, my co-parent and I approach our relationship with a mindset of goodwill, knowing we’re both doing the best we can. I’ve been fortunate to have a strong support system, which has helped me cultivate a life of peace and joy.

I firmly believe that everyone deserves to feel good, and that self-love and self-care are key to transforming your life. When you take care of yourself, your kids benefit, too. As a Certified Divorce Coach®, I guide individuals from a place of anger, confusion, and frustration to one of calm, clarity, and connection. I’ve seen firsthand how even those starting from a painful or difficult place can build stronger relationships with themselves, their children, and their co-parents.

Testimonials

  • "I've always known Jeanne to be extraordinarily empathetic and a keen listener. She has the gift of consistently being able to pinpoint the powerful, self-affirming essence of what you're saying even if you think you've been rambling incoherently. Working with Jeanne as a co-parenting coach during an extremely contentious and emotionally exhausting transitional period confirmed all this while revealing even greater skills and strengths to help me show up as a parent/co-parent in the ways I wanted to but had come to doubt I could. Jeanne's coaching made me feel stronger, less overwhelmed and distraught, more anchored and open to possibility. Instead of feeling as though the only choices were giving up or being permanently embattled, Jeanne's compassion and curiosity constantly led me back to deeper self-awareness and consideration of how to connect and/or reconnect with my children during and despite co-parenting conflict. Being coached by Jeanne has helped restore and boost my confidence and composure as a co-parent."

  • "After 20 years of a happy marriage, I was stunned and emotionally paralyzed by my husband's actions that led to our divorce. Working with Jeanne has helped me to process what I am experiencing and feeling. Jeanne is attentive and offers solid guidance especially when I often feel overwhelmed. Our work helps me to be more compassionate with myself and my kids. This allows me to approach the divorce and my ex from various angles so that I can respond in the way that's best for me and our kids."
