I have spent decades of my life wearing various masks to be accepted, liked and even loved. Unknowingly I severed ties to the core of who I am. I muted my own voice so I could fit in. Inside, I felt like I was in a battle, combatting the pain that had stacked up over the years suppressing who I really was. I was exhausted. I now understand I was fighting to BE ME, to FREE the woman I really am from her hidden cave. I share my story of pain and healing so women can understand it is possible to move past the pain into your purpose! I’ve spent the past 10 years unpacking it all and coming into the light. I’ve faced my pain, my mistakes, my traumas, and grieving the loss of parents and marriages. I’ve healed and discovered. my way back home to me. While I've done my work, I had a great support system, though, I wish I had a coach specifically to walk with me through understanding me, my needs, and awaken my dreams! While I did not have that, I decided I can be this support for other women.
This is where my passion to walk and support women to find their authentic self. Women, like me, who were lost and feel stuck. Women who can’t seem to connect with themselves - the core of who they are.
Life may have led you in wild directions, but inside you are a woman who wants to emerge from the weight of all that baggage, negative self-talk, and misdirection.
My vision is to walk with women - out of their pain into their purpose. I want to help women discover their true value, accept their distinct beauty and precious they are.
